Easter & Summer Camps Cancellations/Refunds:

Dramatastic Musical Theatre Camps are open to children aged 4 to 12. 

We operate our camps from 8 30am for early supervision and our camp hours are 9 am to 2pm. Dramatastic will not be responsible for any child left unsupervised outside these designated hours.

Cancellations made up to 10 days before the camp begins will receive a refund. A €20 deposit fee per child is non-refundable and non-transferrable unless the camp is cancelled by Dramatastic.  No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 10 days before the camp. A €10 charge applies for any changes made to an original booking.

Dramatastic reserves the right to make date/venue changes if necessary. 

Dramatastic operates with the highest safety standards. By enrolling a student in Dramatastic, the applicant acknowledges that Dramatastic and/or its employees are not responsible for any accidents or loss of personal property. Participants with conduct deemed detrimental to the programme's best interests may be dismissed without a refund. 

The use of mobile phones is not permitted during camp. If a mobile phone is taken to camp it must be powered off in the participants bag until the end of the camp day. 

Dramatastic reserves the right to modify or delete any activity due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.

 A confirmation email or text serves as proof of booking and payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions.

 Photographs and videos may be taken for promotional use.

Credit Notes:

Credit notes are non-redeemable for cash and can only be used on www.dramatastic.ie against Dramatastic Musical Theatre Camps bookings.

A credit note will be void if altered or obtained fraudulently and remains valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

It may be transferred to a friend or family member for use on a future booking.

The amount on a credit note can be redeemed against one or multiple future bookings, not exceeding the total value of the credit note.

Dramatastic Musical Theatre Camps reserves the right to cancel bookings or request an alternate payment for improperly obtained credit notes.

Dramatastic Musical Theatre Camps operate with health and safety as a priority, but no liability is assumed for personal injury or loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
